Wimborne History Festival would like to thank all those who so enthusiastically got involved and offered their support to help make the inaugural 2016 Festival a success. Along with families and individuals who generously gave of their time, the Festival would like to thank photographer Andrew Chorley and members of Wimborne Camera Club, Wimborne Rotary, Wimborne Movie Makers and Wimborne Railway Society, together with all of the dedicated volunteers at our partner venues and organisations.

Looking ahead to our 2018 event we would love to hear from anyone who may like to get involved. More specific information will be available nearer to the event but a variety of roles will need to be covered from marshalling to arena management, from assisting with craft activities to car parking and litter picking. So if you are a welcoming, customer focused and fun loving individual and would like to join in please get in touch, details are below.

Volunteering is good fun, it’s sociable and a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and make new friends.
